Meet  Asiah, your yoga instructor & mindfulness coach

I’m Asiah Johns, founder of Mindful Muse Wellness, certified yoga instructor, and mindfulness coach.

 

My passion for this work comes from both personal and professional experience: healing through my own struggles with anxiety and depression, and leading 7 years in corporate HR where I saw how deeply wellness shapes people’s lives and performance and witnessed the need for spaces that prioritize balance and mental well-being.

 

Mindful Muse Wellness was created to bridge these worlds, bringing intentional movement, mindfulness, and community into the places people spend the most time: their homes, their workplaces, and their stays. Today, I’ve combined these two paths into one mission to make wellness accessible, meaningful, and integrated into everyday spaces. From apartments and hotels to corporate communities, I help create environments where people can truly thrive.
